Personal Training and Group Classes

Our certified nutritionists will help sort through all of the information and help craft nutrition plans unique to each employee. We can provide individualized advice, or do group talks and Q & A sessions to make sure your employees feel educated and inspired to eat well. If your office has an onsite kitchen or commissary, we will work with the kitchen staff to ensure there are always healthy and delicious meal options available.
Corporate Triathlon Team Training
Whether doing all three events on their own, or participating on a relay team, completing a triathlon is a challenge that many dream of accomplishing. We staff Ironman finishers and triathlon coaches that will help you select an event, develop a training plan, and host clinics and practices to help every level of athlete prepare for race day.
